No clinical services
SoapBox Systems LLC sells software. It does not treat patients and is not a healthcare provider.
Product use
Use of SoapBox EMR by a clinic requires a written agreement with SoapBox Systems LLC. These website terms do not grant a license to the software.
Communications
Product email is transactional and one-to-one. It is sent only to clinic staff and to patients who provided an email address to their clinic. This site and the product are not used to send unsolicited commercial email.
Text messages (SMS)
Clinics that use SoapBox EMR can send appointment text messages to their patients. These terms apply to those messages.
- What you receive: appointment reminders and appointment openings from a waitlist you joined, sent on behalf of your clinic. No marketing messages.
- How you are enrolled: you give your mobile number to your clinic for your care.
- Frequency: varies with your appointments.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Stop: reply STOP at any time. You get one confirmation message and no more text messages. You can also ask your clinic to stop them.
- Help: reply HELP, contact your clinic, or write to lucas@soapboxemr.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
