What this site collects
This site does not have accounts, forms, or tracking pixels beyond ordinary web-server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) that our host may retain to operate the site.

Product data
When SoapBox EMR is used by a clinic, that clinic is the covered entity for its patient records. Product privacy and HIPAA terms will be in a separate privacy policy and business associate agreement. They are not this page.
